End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”, “you”) andKaren Gyulgyulyan (“we”, “our”, “us”), governing your use of the mobile application SummarizeDoc (“App”).
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
1. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to this Agreement.
You may not:
Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App;
Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or distribute the App to third parties;
Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
2. Ownership
The App and all associated intellectual property rights belong to Karen Gyulgyulyan.
This Agreement does not transfer to you any ownership or rights other than the limited license described above.
Documents and files you upload remain your property.
We do not claim ownership of any content you provide through the App.
3. Processing of User Content
The App allows you to upload text or document files for summarization or analysis using artificial intelligence.
Your content is processed securely and temporarily.
We do not store, share, or reuse your documents beyond what is necessary to provide the requested functionality.

4. Data Collection
We may collect technical and usage information to improve app performance and reliability, including:
Crash logs and performance data (via Firebase / Sentry)
Anonymous usage statistics (via Firebase Analytics)
No personal data is sold or shared with third parties.
5. Subscription and Payments
Access to premium features may require a subscription.
Subscription terms (duration, price, renewal, cancellation) are displayed in Google Play before purchase.
All payments are managed by Google Play according to its payment policies.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee that:
The summaries or outputs will be accurate or error-free;
The App will be uninterrupted or free of defects.
You use the App at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
The use or inability to use the App;
Errors or inaccuracies in generated summaries;
Data loss or service interruptions.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate this Agreement or applicable law.
Upon termination, you must cease using the App and delete all copies from your devices.
